  1. File a trade dispute to the Labour department
  2. Minister of Labour will send referral to the Industrial Tribunal

Not in the normal circumstance.

How are Judgments of the Tribunal enforced?

They are enforced in the Supreme Court.

How can an Attorney/Labour Advocate/Legal Counsel apply for registration on Folio?

They are required to send an email to the Industrial Tribunal requesting the application for registration.

How long does it take to receive a case management date?

Matters are listed once all forms have been filed in registry at the earliest date in the court calendar.

What is a call over matter?

A follow up on a case for whatever issue related to the file.

Examples:

  1. No Originating Application
  2. Difficulty serving the respondent/applicant.
