Stay updated on the progress of your cases.

The Bahamas Industrial Tribunal Folio E-Filing system provides notifications of important milestones and changes in your case.

You can receive notifications on the cases with which you are associated by

  • Email
  • SMS

You will be notified of updates to your case, such as adding or removal of parties and adding of hearings.

How do you receive notifications if I already have an account?

View your account in the Folio E-Filing Portal. 

Step 1: 

Log in to the Folio E-Filing portal. 

Step 2: 

Click on the “My Account” option in the left navigation menu. 

Step 3: 

Click on “View Profile” under My Account

Step 4: 

Scroll down to the bottom left of your screen and check to make sure that you have selected to recieve Email notifications and/or SMS notifications from the E-Filing system. To enure that you received notifications, make sure the checkbox is slected for both items.
